Comments:
Stayed with a group of friends for the WWE weekend in November. The caravan was 5-10 mins walk from the Skyline Arena, was lovely and clean on arrival and had all the amenities we required and more with heating throughout. The parking space was right outside the caravan and the outdoor seating would have been ideal had we gone earlier in the year. The dining area/lounge is nice and spacious which, as a group of five lads, we made full use of during the day while enjoying a few drinks and the PlayStation was a big bonus. The caravan is ideal for families or groups of adults, it has everything you will need. Having the Highwayman pub and a supermarket just a few hundred yards away was also great for us. The customer service from the owners was great as they arranged everything for us including the pre-paid bedding (extra cost) and of course the WWE event tickets as well as giving us clear instructions for our arrival and being on the end of the phone if needed. The event was fantastic and with all the different bars on site, each with a different style and with various entertainment, we had a brilliant weekend and will definitely be back.

Caravan is very clean, comfortable and has the amenities you need for a great stay! Car parking right outside which is great! Location is good too. Recommended!

This is ideal for families, groups wishing to come up for an event or couples just looking forward to a relaxing break. The caravan has everything you could need & kept to a high standard. Its located about 10mins walk from the Skyline and you can park directly outside. The Caravan is decorated for seasonal festivities which adds a nice touch & there is security to alert you if a child was to leave. This accommodation offers everything for a good week or weekend and at a good price. You will not be disappointed and owners will help you with any concerns.

Had a great 4 night break in this caravan on Butlins Minehead very comfortable, clean, tidy the owners are great had a few problems but a phone call and it was sorted very quickly , the caravan had a ps3 and DVDs for the kids which they loved would definitely recommend

Not a single bad word to say about the owners or the caravan . They are a very friendly and helpful couple . The caravan was fantastic and went above expectations . Would recommend them to anyone who asks

We booked a full week here for October half term. There were 4 adults and 4 children. The caravan was plenty big enough for all of us and the living area in particular is quite spacious with it being a wide caravan. The caravan itself was very clean and equipped with everything you would need. The full size fridge was very beneficial, along with the high chair. In addition to this, there are plenty of added extras that you don't normally get in other caravans, such as a travel cot, coffee machine, games console, a good selection of DVD's and games. I also had a positive booking experience with the owner being very quick to respond and provide answers to any questions we had. Furthermore, I did not need to chase the return of my security deposit, this was proactively done returned by the owner. With entertainment passes included to access all of the facilities at the Butlins resort, we were never stuck for anything to do. So all in all, no complaints whatsoever, we had a great time and would definitely consider booking this caravan again in the future.

Great service amazing caravan very clean everything you needed and more to cook with free view tv PlayStation for kids or adults also so many DVDs to choose from will definitely book again owners was fantastic and at hand for any issues

One of the best caravans I have ever stayed in. We loved the added extras of the PlayStation and DVD player and will know to take coffee pods next time for the coffee machine! Nicely situated next to a large open area of grass for the children to play and parking right outside. After our own misunderstanding over the bedding the owner sorted the issue for us within minutes and followed up later on to make sure we were ok, excellent customer service. We will be booking again! Thank you

Lovely clean and modern caravan, very homely and well equipped(including PS3 and few games for kids)in a good position with its own parking space. Easy access to the complex which is few minutes walk away, so you don't have to drive everywhere. The children loved it and didn't want to come back home. Great communication and very helpful owner. THANK YOU we will be back;)

Family of 6 with older teens, was an absolutely beautiful caravan in a stunning location, with everything thought about n in place, lovely friendly service, being a newbie to holidaying they made the whole process very easy straight forward and an absolutely pleasure. Highly recommend for couples or families of all ages

The caravan was perfect for our little break away, in a nice quiet area, but not to far to walk into the main part of Butlins. very well equipped kitchen. The beds where very comfortable, Brilliant customer service and very helpful. I’m hoping to take the children away next year, they would love the caravan and lots of space for them to play.

Absolutely spotless caravan with every possible gadget to make a comfortable stay. The whole booking process was quick and easy and there was a welcome pack on arrival, a lovely touch. We had an amazing time and would definitely recommend the Butlin’s experience and this caravan to anyone with young children.

What a fantastic caravan, spotlessly clean and very well equipped compared to other caravans we've stayed at. Lovely welcome pack on arrival. A text before hand to let you know the WiFi password. Highly recommended Will be booking again.

If I could give these guys a 10/10 stars I would. From start to finish that service and communication was amazing. The beds were so comfortable and I slept so well! Our son loved the additional touches (sweets on arrival and a PLAYSTATION), and we loved the wine. The Caravan had everything we needed to be able to cook meals including an air fryer and a coffee machine. Honestly the best stay we have had at butlins and we now probably wouldn’t book through anyone else. Highly recommend.

The customer service before, during and after was fantastic. The caravan was clean, well equipped and even dressed for Christmas! The caravan was very warm and the beds very comfortable. The hosts were extremely accommodating. Would recommend.

This was my first say in this caravan, the heating was switched on when I arrived and the tea coffee sugar and milk was a welcome suprise, the caravan was spotless and the bedding smelled lovely. It was a rowdy weekend as it was the PDC darts but once you reached the caravan park it was silent so I had a good night's sleep every night. I would recommend this caravan to anyone looking to rent one, you won't be disappointed.

We loved our stay here. There were lots of lovely personal touches such as a welcome pack that included chocolates and sweets for the kids. You can tell this is a very loved, personal family holiday home. Will definitely be returning.
